Costa Rica model Karina Porras is very clear that one of the parts of her body that most admire her followers is her retaguardia (rear view) and she usually takes pictures of her back because she likes to show it off.
At a recent pool party with friends, she took the opportunity with her friends to sunbathe in her skimpy bikini and while enjoying the pook they came up with the ‘bottoms up” photo that heated up the social networks.
Climbing on a pink flamingo float, the model and friends show off their assets in a very sensual way.
Karina was celebrating a birthday with her friend Melissa Sánchez at the Palacio Lignac hotel in Heredia.
“I was not my idea, they were taking a picture on the float and I saw them, and I jumped in. A friend took the pictures and wow. How not to share those beautiful bodies?” said Karina rhetorically.
How not indeed.

Karina has advice for her more than 176,000 Instragam followers who are planning to have surgery like hers. She tells them not to with any doctor, only with one accredited by the Colegio de Médicos y Cirujanos (Costa Rica’s College of Physicians and Surgeons) and not to “skimp on expenses”.
“If they want to get operated, I am of the idea that if they can do it, but always taking into account health, which is the first thing,” said the model.
