Today, October 21, is the day Marty McFly (Michael J Fox) and Doc Brown (Christopher Lloyd) arrived from the past in the 1989 film Back to the Future, where Doc Brown sets the time circuits for 30 years in the future… that day is today!
As anyone who grew up watching the Back to the Future films knows, on 21 October 2015 the world was supposed to be full of flying cars and hoverboards.
In the entire Back To The Future trilogy, the “present” date is October 26, 1985 (2015 is the future, 1885 and 1955 are the past).
