They were pictured leaving in a car together without Jay Z, after Solange Knowles had viciously attacked her sister’s husband last Monday.
Now it has emerged that just a few days later, Beyoncé and her sister made a getaway to Costa Rica, according to E! where they joined Kelly Rowland for her secret wedding.
UsWeekly report that Kelly’s wedding was a ‘quick, simple ceremony – only around 30 people,’ that took place on Friday according to their source.
Meanwhile E! report that Beyoncé and Solange arrived in Costa Rica onboard a private plane around 7:56pm on Thursday 8 May, three days after the attack that took place in an elevator at The Standard Hotel in New York.
Local paper La Nación reported that their mother Tina Knowles, Destiny’s Child member Michelle Williams and Kelly’s fiance Tim Witherspoon were also in Costa Rica, prompting rumours they were there for Kelly and Tim’s nuptials, which have now been confirmed by UsWeekly.
Beyonce added further fuel to the fire by posting a picture on her Instagram, looking as though she was dressed in a bridesmaid outfit.
However, there was no sign of any distress from the pop star in the picture, nor has there been any comment from the star’s representatives about the attack last week.
The siblings are said to have left Costa Rica early on Saturday morning
The seemingly unprovoked attack on rapper Jay by her sister in CCTV footage was released by TMZ on Monday.
Solange could clearly be seen kicking and swinging violently at Jay, the father of her two-year-old niece, Blue Ivy, while Beyonce appeared to do little to stop the altercation.
It is not yet known what provoked the fight, however, the famous couple looked as happy as ever as they attended a Brooklyn Nets game on Saturday while Solange played a gig in New York.
But it seems Beyonce will have had plenty of alone time with her sister during their getaway to Costa Rica.
As the Beyonce was seen once again with Jay Z on Monday night at the Game Four of the Eastern Conference Semifinals during the 2014 NBA Playoffs at the Barclays Center, laughing and joking as if nothing had happened.
