Alonso Solís’ lover: “It was more than sex”

The novela continues, Laura Castro (31), married with two children, is the “amante” (lover) of Alonso Solís “El Mariachi”, the famous Saprissa futbol player, who admitted his infidelity to his wife, Amalia Benavides, who threw him out of the house a month ago.

Castro, who recently spoke openly to DIARIO EXTRA says she is well and wants everyone to know her side of the story.

In the interview, Castro, says she is not the only amante of El Mariachi, he has many. “I don’t care for him anymore, he is the one still wanting something with me. I never dreamed of having a life with him”, said Castro.

As to Alonso’s wife, Castro says Amalia knows of the infedilities and makes lots of noise, but in the end she forgives him and they get back together. The Amante says this has happened at least four times that she knows of.

Castro said her relationship with Alonso was an “aventura” (an affair), at first, but then it got serious but swears she has had no contact with him since their affair went public and that she never asked him to leave his wife.

Asked if she got a car, a new set of knockers (breasts), Castro said no, her former lover is not doing well financially.

For her, says Castro, it was more than sex, they would go out (never getting caught), but she does not love him, it was was it was, she came to her senses and its over.

Castro says that when, the affair that lasted about month, went public it created tension at home with her husband, but she didn’t want to talk about that, only that the affair is over, she wants nothing to do with Alonso and that her husband has forgiven her.

Castro says that, during their romance, they would go everywhere, including motels, to have their sexual encounters.

Asked if Solís was a good lover, she would respond. Nor would she comment if she felt she was better than Amalia, only to say they are different, and that she has never met Amalia and even if they did, she is not the type to create a scandal.

“If they fight and argue its not my fault”, said Castro.

Her final words: I don’t care anymore for Alonso, I’m done with that. And that Amalia should get back together with him.
