“I Was Seduced” Says Jalé Berahimi

Following her departure from Repretel, allegedly over the on air spat with Mariana Loranca on ‘Intrusos de la farándula’, Jalé Beharimi will be joining the cast of “Dancing With The Stars” on Teletica.

On July 1, Beharimi, announcing her leaving Repretel, said her resignation was to dedicate more time her line of swimwear clothing line. But now, this weekend, we are told she is going before the cameras again on the rival station.

Also appearing with Beharimi is another former Repretel alumni, Glenda Peraza, who in May, while still employed at Repretel, video posted on the social media that she would move to Teletica if she was made an offer.

The video, which was filmed at the home of during a party attended by various Teletica personalities, was seen by Repretel bosses who immediately reacted by firing Peraza.

Bejarimi and Peraza join Gabriela Traña and Álvaro Mesén that form the cast of Dancing With The Stars.

“I had planned to dedicate myself to my company, but could not turn down this opportunity. I was told about the show, the format … I was seduced, I must admit. The chemistry in the interview was very nice and that I appreciate it,” said Beharimi after Teletica confirmed the new cast.

The model was emphatic that the contact came after she quit Repretel. “I had not thought about returning to television, but it was an invitation that seduced me. I am very happy. I thank Don Mario (Najera), Dona Paula (Picado) and Mr. René (Picado) for the confidence they have in me.”

The announcement by Teletica and Beharimi’s works came two days after her official resignation at Repretel (July 22).  Her last appearance on Repretel’s ‘Intrusos de la farándula’ will air on Monday, July 25.
